We brought Logan home this afternoon - thank the Lord! He's looking so much better as you can see. Scroll down to compare this pic to the nasty ones.
Now we're settling in for 2 1/2 more weeks of IV antibiotics, steroids, drops, nasal spray - a lot to keep up with but we're doing our best.
From all outward appearances, Logan is doing well - his next CT scan is scheduled for December 3rd. This will tell us the status of the infection after almost 6 weeks of IV antibiotics.
Again, thank you for your prayers for Logan.

Glad to see that Logan's looking better! We prayed for him again this morning and tonight in Trenton. Keep looking up!
I'm so glad he's home! And his eye does look much better!
I love you - you're doing a great job, Melodie!
Those big blue eyes look adorable. Thank you for the update. Will you be staying in South Texas for the duration of the antibiotics?
How wonderful that Logan is improving. Thank the Lord for His touch. I'm so sorry that you couldn't go on this special trip, but know God is giving you grace to bear the disappointment. I'm praying for strength for you as you continue the treatment. I hope your little temporary spot there in Texas is overflowing with His presence this season.
Wow! His eye looks so much better! Thank the Lord.
I know today will be especially difficult for you, but God is working His plan in all of this.
Logan looks soooo much better. We have been praying here at Hobe Sound for this little man. Sorry to hear you couldn't go on your trip but as you said, Logan's health was so important. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. God bless.
Wow! That does look better! Praise God! Hope everything continues to improve. Our church has been praying for y'all! Thanks for the note on my blog and for praying for Ron! Your family must be exhausted as well! Isn't it wonderful to have a church family who cares and will pray us through the difficult days! This has been one thing that has held me together! Keep us posted on little Logan!
PRAISE THE LORD...he is looking sooo much better! We're sooo excited to see this improvement, and expecting to see him all healed up soon. We've been praying HARD for y'all!
Our Sarah fell and broke her nose Saturday night. Thank the Lord that she broke it straight so it didn't need set. She's healing up fine, though it will take a few weeks for her to be completely healed.
We plan to take our kids to McDonalds for Thanksgiving, for I'm still not feeling up to cooking a big meal. This will be the first and only Thanksgiving we have eaten out. =(
Have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving.
Love, Heather =)
