Football and Boys

Some male bonding....over football plays.

You know, I got to thinking - Jordan is turning 13 a week from tomorrow. This is my last week to not have a teenage son for the next 11 years! Scary thought, huh? Talk about transition and those stages of life.

Logan saw his doctor yesterday afternoon - it went well. Doctor is pleased with the progress - still wants to see Logan weekly, but we're staying the course of the 2 oral medications. Thank you, Lord, for your touch on my little guy.

I am so so so glad that Logan is doing better. Thank the Lord.

And...I can't imagine how it must feel to know that you are going to have a teenager. Wow! Seems like he should still be the little boy who called me "bis." Love you, Jordan!

Girl, you are not old enough to have a teenager!!! :)

So happy to hear that God is healing Logan. It has been a long battle for sure. He is still in our prayers!

I can hardly believe Jordan will be 13! Time marches on!
We would love to have your sunny weather about now. We've gotten tons of snow since yesterday morning and more is falling. We are not allowed to be out on the roads in Warren county unless it's an emergency. So, enjoy your sunshine for me! :)

I am SO glad Jordan is getting better. Seems like the trip to Florida may have been a turning point and "in order". It is good to be able to follow your family through your blog.

Cute pics of your boys playing football.
I cannot believe that Jordan will be 13 soon. Time flies!
Thanks for your 2nd comment on my Choc. and biscuits post. Vonnie's comment about the Soppy Choc. and biscuits cracked me up. =) She's hilarious. I just copied her comment and stuck it on the bottom of my new post...for I wanted every one to read her "ranting and raving" about it. =D
Take care...glad for the good doctor report on Logan.

Have fun having a teenager...We have 2 1/2 years left before we are there! Time goes by so fast, though! So happy to hear about Logan...God is good! (Your chocolate cake looked very yummy, too!) Hope that you all are doing well!

I saw a quote the other day that said something about a mother that has only sons will spend her life surrounded by handsome men. :-) Thought you might like it. . . Love my boys!

So fun seeing Marc out there playing football with the boys. Can't believe Jordan will be 13. So far, I am loving the girls being teenagers... and I think I will enjoy all of the boys too. Let's see, Heidi turned thirteen 3.5 yrs. ago and I will have teenagers for the next 15.5 years so that means I will have total of 18.5 or 19 years of teenagers. :)
