Here's the breakfast casserole we enjoyed as brunch on Saturday. It was a recipe contributed by Cindy Wade in the Faith Mission Church cookbook, given to me by my dear mother in law Janet Sankey. I tweaked it a little...some items I can't buy here in Mexico. It was still delicious, though.
