Glad your husband made it home safely! I really enjoy keeping up with our missionaries on such a personal basis...Danny and I admire you all so very much. I never felt a call to be a missionary but have always felt a special stirring in my heart when I've heard missionaries speak. Now I get to hear about your everyday life. I appreciate your sacrifice and dedication! Your first day of school pics were adorable too. Hope your year goes well! You are in our prayers!

I can identify with you having your husband gone. Glad he's home safely. It makes it worse when there is something else going on like a hurricane!

Sooo glad that he arrived home safely and that all is well with y'all too! That was scary!
Phillip was gone on a USA NAVY ship as a tourist (visiting his cousin that is in the Navy and was on that ship) when 911 happened in New York. Phillip was somewhere in between Hawaii and CA. I was sooo nervous and worried about him, for I couldn't call him, had no idea where he was, and WHEN he'd get to fly home, since planes weren't functioning for a few days. (I didn't know if the USA would go into war or what, and what the Navy would do with the 1,000 visitors they had on that ship!) I just had to commit Phillip to the Lord, and God took care of him. I'm sooo glad that God can be with our men, when we can't. =)
Again, Soooo glad Marc's OK and home now!
Love, Heather =)
