While Joe and Maria were here....
Didn't want to jump ahead of Beth's blog, since these are her kids...smiles..but while Joe and Maria (our neice) were here visiting for Spring Break, we went to a great restaurant here in Saltillo called Las Brazas - they have the best chicken tacos anywhere....check out these chips and incredible salsas! But honestly, lime and salt is all these chips need - in my opinion..smiles...

That restaurant was awesome! I am now back to the good ol' cafeteria here at GBS and it's just not quite the same. :)
